摘要：With the rapid development of C2C electronic commerce in China, credit problems are becoming increasingly prominent, and they have become a bottle neck to restrict the development of C2C electronic commerce. From the angles of two dealing parties in C2C electronic commerce, in accordance with the credit problems in dealing process, this paper makes some analyses and expositions by using the game theory, and puts forward some proposals for the improvement of C2C electronic commerce credit system.
