摘要：差异教学是教育改革创新的需要,是融合教育的必然要求。差异教学的实施需要相应的学校教育管理。管理者要重视对教师差异教学理念、策略的培训,改进学校教育管理,鼓励教师创造性地实施差异教学,并为差异教学实施提供保障和支持。
Differentiated instruction is a requisite for education reform and inclusive education.The implementation of differentiated instruction requires appropriate management of school education.The managing personnel should attach importance to training the teaching staff to grasp the teaching ideas and strategies of differentiated instruction,improve the school management,encourage the teachers to conduct differentiated instruction creatively,and provide guarantee and support for differentiated instruction.
