摘要：探讨IEC61970公用信息模型CIM在电力系统网络交换模型中的应用,将CIM映射成关系数据库表的结构,通过C#编程将模型数据从关系数据库中转换成CIM/XML文件,文件的接收者根据CIM文件所含拓扑信息形成设备层次关系,经过解析得到电网的结构模型,为电网的高级应用提供基础数据结构免维护的途径。
Researches on the application of IEC 61970 Common Information Model CIM in the power system.Maps CIM into relational database table structure,then transforms the model data from a relational database into a CIM/XML file by C# programming.File receiver forms the equipment hierarchical relationships according to topology information the CIM files contains.And gets the grid structure model after analysing,and provides basic data structure free maintenance way for advanced application of grid.
