摘要:Polypropylene production process is more complex polymer reaction, which has a high temperature and a high pressure in the reactor. The controlled variables have the characteristics of time-delay, large inertia and t time-varying. After analyzing variable characteristics according to user control requirements, strategies were designed, which were level single-loop, temperature comprehensive control, variable ratio-proportional control for product concentration. The processing method of instrument false display interference was provided, which often appears in industrial fields. The upper control strategies are verified by Process Control System (PCS7) platform of Siemens and Synthesized Multi-functional Process control Training device (SMPT1000). The research result indicated the strategies had good control effect, strong anti-interference ability, which achieved the control requirements and energy saving requirements by "stable, accurate, fast, and saving". ? 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG.
