摘要:In emergency rescue, the timeliness and uncertainty of emergency logistics are very prominent problems. In order to solve the timeliness and uncertainty of emergency logistics distribution site selection, this paper adjusts and optimizes the coverage strategy of logistics distribution site selection based on immune optimization algorithm, considering the uncertainty of emergency material demand and distribution path and other preconditions, aiming at the possible failure of the planned material distribution point in emergency emergencies. The original one-to-one relationship between distribution point and demand point is adjusted to many-to-one, and the multi-center logistics warehousing site selection scheme is realized through the evolutionary scheduling of one-to-many distribution centers, so as to cope with the emergency logistics management of major emergencies. Through simulation analysis, the efficiency of emergency materials distribution can be improved. ? 2024 IEEE.
