摘要：随着社会的发展和法治中国建设的深入推进,培养多元化法学专业人才以满足社会各方面需求和推动法治中国建设的重要意义更加凸显。以北京市属某高校法学专业为研究对象,对就业情况及就业困境开展研究,提出MPC人才培养新模式。该模式注重“双非”高校应用型人才的特点,理论与实践相结合教学,培养学生的专业性、职业性和事业性,按照培养目标优化课程体系设置、强化实践教学要求,提升教学质量,培养学生的法律实务能力。建设优秀的师资队伍并有针对性地开展学术研究与实践,增强MPC人才培养模式的师资因素支撑保证。
With the continuous development of society and the deepening construction of the rule of law in China,the importance of cultivating diverse legal professionals to meet the needs of various sectors and promote the rule of law has become increasingly prominent.This paper focuses on the talent cultivation in the law major of a university affiliated with Beijing Municipality.Based on an investigation into its employment situation and an analysis of employment challenges,a new talent cultivation model,namely MPC,is proposed.The model advocates a combination of theory and practice in teaching,placing equal emphasis on fostering students’professionalism,vocational skills,and career-oriented mindset.It optimizes the curriculum system,strengthens practical teaching requirements,and establishes simulated courtrooms to enhance the teaching quality,aiming to cultivate students’ability to handle practical legal affairs.Concurrently,the model also focuses on building an excellent faculty team and conducting targeted academic research and practice to ensure the support of the MPC talent cultivation model by faculty factors.
