摘要：房山区作为北京市的近郊区,旅游资源丰富,是京郊著名的旅游胜地,十渡景区可谓是房山区较为重要的旅游标志。研究以十渡景区为例,以景区目前的开发现状及存在的主要问题为切入点,通过发放调查问卷及游客访谈的形式,借鉴当下热门乡村旅游资源开发的成功经验,提出了旅游资源开发与保护的对策,旨在促进十渡风景区旅游业的不断发展,并为房山区其他旅游景区的旅游资源开发提供参考。
Fangshan dlstrict is a city outskirt of Beijing which is known as a famous tourist attraction with abundant tourism resources. Among various of scenic areas, Shidu should certainly be the most important sign of tourism. This paper takes the current development status and ex- istent main problem as the pointcut. By issuing questionnaires and interviewing tourists, we are benefited from those successful experiences of developing the latest hot rural tourism resources, and then put forward effective measures to the development and the conservation of tourism resources which are not only promote sustainable tourism development of Shidu, but also provide available reference for other tourism areas in Fangshan.
