摘要:对天津梅江会展中心屋架预应力结构和网架索结构的同步张拉过程进行模拟分析,分析验证被张拉的拉索下料长度以及拉索端部节点的强度是否满足要求,得到每次张拉过程中所需的张拉值及每次张拉完成后主体结构应力和变形值。采用该方法模拟预应力索张拉过程,可改善原张拉过程需不断调整张力的施工方法,极大地提高张拉施工的工作效率,降低施工成本。在张拉施工后表明,张拉后结构的实际值与张拉数值模拟的理论值较接近,因此本方法在张拉钢结构工程中可行。
In order to verify whether the length of tensioning cable and the strength of ending joints meet requirements, the synchronous tensioning processing of roof truss prestressed in Meijing convention and exhibition center was simulated. And each tensioning force and the stress and deformation of main structures after tensioning was gained. This method can improve the original tensioning method which needs to adjust the tensioning force continuously, and it can improve the working efficiency and reduce cost greatly. After tensioning construction, the results show that the actual values are close to the theoretical ones of simulation analysis, which indicates that this method is feasible for tensioning steel structures.
