摘要:采用水培试验方法研究溶解性有机物(DOM)对于不同浓度Se^4+(0,5,10,20μmol/L)时小麦苗根和茎叶部硒、小麦苗株高、脯氨酸和丙二醛的影响,为富硒植物的开发提供理论依据。结果表明,无论添加DOM与否,随着培养液中Se^4+浓度的增加,小麦苗株高提高,脯氨酸含量增加,小麦苗根部硒含量增加,茎叶部硒含量先增加(Se<10μmol/L)然后降低。DOM不存在时,随着Se^4+浓度的增加,丙二醛含量先降低后升高,DOM存在时,丙二醛含量随着硒的施加量增加而降低。施加相同的外源Se^4+,DOM的存在可促使小麦幼苗的生长,增加脯氨酸含量和降低丙二醛含量,并且降低小麦苗根和茎叶对硒的累积。
Hydroponic experiment was carried out to study effects of dissolved organic matter(DOM)on selenium adsorption,growth,proline and malondialdehyde of wheat seedling when additional Se^4+(0,5,10,20μmol/L)was added.The objective of the study was to provide the theoretical basis for development of plants enriched selenium.The results indicated whatever DOM is present in inoculum,height of leaves improved,proline of leaves increased,selenium concentrations in roots increased with the increasing of Se^4+concentration in inoculum,selenium concentrations in shoots increased(Se<10μmol/L)and then decreased.When DOM was not added in inoculum,malondialdehyde reduced and then increased depending on the improving of selenium levels in inoculum.When DOM was added in malondialdehyde,malondialdehyde decreased with the increasing of selenium levels in inoculum.DOM stimulated the growth of wheat seedlings,increased the proline concentration,lowered malondialdehyde in shoots,and decreased selenium concentrations of shoots and roots in wheat seedlings.
