摘要：高校学生转学制度是我国教育管理的一项重要制度，随着高等教育的发展，完善高校学生转学制度成为时代的需要．本文就高校学生转学制度的现状、存在的问题、完善的必要性及完善的措施等方面进行探讨。
College students＇ transfering system is an important system of China＇s education management system, with the development of higher education, improving the college student transfering system has become the needs of the times. This paper discusses the status of university students, problems, necessity to improve and measures to perfect of transfer system.
