摘要:通过单因子和正交实验,对无载体固定化少根根霉N-103产脂肪酶的发酵培养基进行研究,获得摇瓶发酵的最优培养基条件为:花生油5mL/L、麸皮多糖水解液75mL/L、棉籽蛋白15g/L、(NH4)2SO42g/L、MgSO41g/L、K2HPO42.5g/L。在此条件下进行摇瓶验证实验,少根根霉脂肪酶酶活可达100U/mL,为基础培养基配方对照组的1.33倍。
The medium of lipase produced by the self-immobilization of Rhizopus arrhizus N-103 was studied by single factor and orthogonal experiments. The optimum medium consisted of-peanut oil 5ml/L,bran polysaccharide hydrolyzate 75mL/L,cottonseed highest lipase activity 100U/mL was achieved much as the control group. protein 15g/L, (NH4)2SO4 2g/L, MgSO4 1g/L, K2HPO4 2.5g/L The n flask culture in the optimum medium,which was 1.33 times as
