摘要：为推进融合教育在残疾人体育教学中的深入发展,更好地发挥体育育人和促进健康的功能,在体育俱乐部模式应用于高校残疾人体育融合教学背景的前提下,阐述其在教育公平性、相互认同、促进身心健康方面的价值;分析其在开展过程中遇到的文化差异、师资专业化欠缺、学校支持匮乏、对残疾学生的需求缺少关照等方面的发展困境;以现实问题为导向,提出构建“共生”文化,提升师资力量和组建辅助团队,加强支持和硬件保障,设置基于差异性的运动项目及评价体系的推进策略。
In order to promote the in-depth development of integrated education in physical education for disabled students and give full play to the function of physical education,this paper expounds the value of sports club model in educational equity,mutual recognition,physical and mental health promotion on the premise of expounding the background of integrated teaching of physical education for disabled students in colleges and universities.It analyzes the development difficulties encountered in the process of development,such as cultural differences,lack of professional teachers,lack of school support,and lack of attention to the needs of disabled students.Based on practical problems,it proposes the promotion strategy of building a“symbiotic”culture,improving teachers ability and establishing auxiliary teams,strengthening support and hardware guarantee,and setting up sports projects and evaluation systems based on differences.
