摘要:高层管理者的个人能力高低直接影响到企业各项决策的制定与执行。培训作为提高员工人力资本的重要手段,是企业提升竞争力的重要手段,也是高层管理者需要考虑的重要决策之一。那么,科技型中小企业高层管理者的能力会如何影响企业培训投入决策呢?本研究通过构建科技型中小企业的高层管理者的能力结构体系,在收集企业培训投入数据的基础上,运用探索性因子分析和相关分析法分析了高层管理者能力与科技型中小企业培训投入之间的关系。研究结果表明,科技型中小企业高层管理者的能力与培训投入之间具有明显的正向相关关系,其中,高层管理者的战略能力和创新能力对培训费用的投入有显著影响,组织能力和科研能力对人均培训时间有显著影响。有针对性地开发高层管理者的能力,对于提高管理者培训意识、加强企业员工培训力度和提高培训效率是非常有益的。
The top executives are the decision makers of their company and it is obvious that their decisions have greater effect on technology SME. However, there are no supportive dates to prove how the essential factors of the top executives' ability Will influence their company' s training investment. Based on the data of the technology enterprises ' training spending and the structure system of the top executives' ability, the research tries to fred the relation between the top exeentives ' ability of the technology SME, using Exploratory Factor Analysis and the related analysis approaches to analyze. The research result suggests that there is clear direct proportion between the executives' ability of the technology SME and the enterprises' training investment. In particular, the strategy ability and the creativity of the executives dramatically affect how much the enterprises' training spending will be while organizational capacity and the ability to do scientific research directly decide the average training time each employee will be offered. As for technology SME, the most effective way to promote the enterprises' competitive power is to enlarge the training investment on employees. Therefore, if the executives' ability is improved on purpose, they will make more decisions on increasing the training investment, which will help the enterprises promote their core competence constantly.
