摘要：从客观性、全面性和丰富性角度出发,以南锣鼓巷历史文化街区复兴演进过程中的历史大事记为质性数据,运用扎根理论多级编码,结合系统动力学探究南锣鼓巷复兴的动力机制。首先,通过开放式编码和主轴式编码确立主要范畴,在选择式编码阶段,借助系统动力学构建南锣鼓巷复兴的动力机制模型;其次,基于模型得出南锣鼓巷复兴的动力因素,明确10个动力因素间的因果关系结果,进而探讨南锣鼓巷复兴的动力机制;最后,运用资本三级循环理论,探究资本在南锣鼓巷复兴中的运作过程,既为南锣鼓巷的可持续性复兴提供参考,也为我国其他历史文化街区的复兴提供借鉴。
From the perspectives of objectivity,comprehensiveness,and richness,this study uses the historical chronology of the Nanluogu Lane historical and cultural district’s revival process as qualitative data.It employs grounded theory multi-level coding combined with system dynamics to explore the driving mechanisms of Nanluogu Lane’s revival.First,through open coding and axial coding,major categories are established.In the selective coding stage,system dynamics is used to construct a model of the driving mechanisms for Nanluogu Lane’s revival.Second,the driving factors of Nanluogu Lane’s revival are identified from the model,determining the causal relationships among 10 driving factors to explore the driving mechanism of Nanluogu Lane’s revival.Finally,using the three-tier capital circulation theory,the operation process of capital in Nanluogu Lane’s revival is investigated.This study provides a reference for the sustainable revival of Nanluogu Lane and offers insights for the revival of other historical and cultural districts in China.
