摘要:"双师型"教师是指既承担各类康复,又承担特殊教育集体教学任务的教师。本文通过对江西省50所特殊教育学校、140名特殊教育老师进行问卷调查,分析江西省"双师型"师资现状。调查结果表明:1特殊教育学校"双师型"教师存在数量不足、学历层次不高现象;2特殊教育学校教师对"双师型"的双重专业技能掌握不够理想,特别是康复知识掌握不够;3特殊教育学校对"双师型"教师的培训制度不完善、转型制度不完善、个别化康复实施情况不理想是老师难以成为"双师型"教师的主要原因。文章最后提出相应教育建议。
Double-qualified teachers are special education teachers who are engaged in both rehabilitation and teaching in special education schools. This study, based on a survey of 50 special education schools and 140 special education teachers in Jiangxi Province, aims to analyze the current situation of double-qualified special education teachers in Jiangxi Province. The results show the following: (1) The special education schools had insufficient double-qualified teachers, who had relatively low academic degrees; (2) most of the special education teachers had no double-qualified professional skills, especially rehabilitation; and (3) it was difficult for the special education teachers to become double-qualified mainly because the special education schools had an imperfect teacher training system, an imperfect teacher transformation system, and bad individualized rehabilitation. In conclusion, the study offers suggestions based on the existing problems.
