摘要:[目的/意义]教育舆情事件的频发成为社会高度关注的焦点,研究教育舆情热度的生成机理对维护意识形态安全和校园环境稳定具有重要价值。[方法/过程]从信息生态视角四个维度构建了教育舆情热度生成模型,以教育舆情热度作为结果变量,以事件积极性、首发主体权威度、网民关注度、舆情疏解环境、重要媒体参与度、事件传播速度作为条件变量,选取北京地区30个典型教育舆情事件进行模糊集定性比较分析。[结果/结论]教育舆情热度生成的组态路径可归纳为“重要媒体参与驱动积极事件热度生成型”和“事件传播驱动消极事件热度生成型”两种,同时首发主体权威度和网民关注度也在一定程度上影响了教育舆情热度。
[Purpose/significance]The frequent occurrence of educational public opinion events has become a focus of high social concern.It is of great value to study the generation mechanism of educational public opinion heat for maintaining ideological security and campus environment stability.[Method/process]This paper constructs an educational public opinion heat generation model from four dimensions from the perspective of information ecology,taking educational public opinion heat as the result variable,and event enthusiasm,the authority of the first subject,netizens’attention,public opinion relief environment,participation of important media,and event dissemination speed as condition variables.Thirty typical educational public opinion events in the Beijing area were selected for fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis.[Result/conclusion]The configuration paths for generating educational public opinion heat can be summarized into two types:“the formation of positive event heat driven by the participation of important media”and“the formation of negative event heat driven by event dissemination”.Meanwhile,the authority of the first subject and the attention of netizens also affect the heat of educational public opinion to a certain extent.
