摘要:近些年来,随着对微藻与其他微生物之间相互作用关系的深入研究,发现菌藻共生系统在污水处理、获得微藻生物质以及生产其他化学品等方面具有很好的应用前景。大量研究证明,菌藻共生系统可以对各种污水实现高效处理,具有很好的经济、环境和社会效益。另外,细菌在共培养中产生的维生素B12和铁载体等可促进微藻的生长,有益于微藻生物量的积累和规模化培养。主要介绍了菌藻共生系统的基本原理、利用菌藻共生技术处理3种主要污水的国内外研究现状、菌藻共生对微藻生物量积累的影响以及处理污水后菌藻的资源化利用,最后对菌藻共生处理废水技术工艺提出了几点改进意见。
In recent years,with the in-depth study of the interaction between algae and other microorganisms,it was found that algae-bacteria symbiotic system had a good application prospect in sewage treatment,biomass acquisition of microalgae and the production of other chemicals. A large number of studies showed that the algae-bacteria symbiotic system could achieve efficient treatment of various sewage,and had good economic,environmental and social benefits. In addition,the vitamin B12 and siderophore produced by bacteria in co-culture could promote the growth of microalgae,which was beneficial to the accumulation of microalgae biomass and large-scale culture. This paper mainly introduced the basic principle of algal-bacterial symbiotic system,the research status of algae bacteria symbiotic for three major sewage treatment technology at home and abroad,the effect of symbiotic bacteria and algae on the microalgae biomass accumulation and bacteria and algae resource utilization. Finally,some suggestions for improvement of wastewater treatment by symbiotic system were put forward.
