摘要：目的了解军队医院神经外科医患关系现状,并提出针对性对策,为缓解医患关系提供参考。方法采用整群抽样的方法,选取某军队医院神经外科160名医务人员进行问卷调查。结果与结论大部分医务人员认为医患关系不容乐观,其医方影响因素主要集中于四方面:(1)医务人员与患者沟通能力与技巧需要强化;(2)医务人员医疗服务与技术水平有待提高;(3)对于第三方调解机制了解不足未能充分利用;(4)重视医务人员在医患纠纷后的积极干预。并针对影响因素进行分析,提出相应解决措施。
Objective To understand the current status of the doctor-patient relationship in neurosurgery of a military hospital,and to put forward specific solutions to alleviate the doctor-patient relationship. Methods With method of cluster sampling,160 medical staff were selected from a military hospital to conduct a questionnaire survey. Results and Conclusion Most of the medical staff thought the doctor-patient relationship was not optimistic. The factors of medical side were mainly included that. The communication skills between medical and patient need to be strengthened; the services and technology of medical personnel need to be improved; lack of understanding toward the third-party mediation,and lack of full utilization. For medical staff,active intervention needs to be strengthened after the medical dispute. We analyzed the factors for the influence and put forward the corresponding solutions.
