摘要:驾驶室手动和脚动部件的空间布局及操纵力大小是影响土方机械司机操作绩效的主要因素,搭建驾驶室换挡杆操纵力测试台架,招募具有工程机械驾驶经验的15名男性司机,在实验台架上模拟换挡操作任务,运用PrimusRS(模拟仿真测试评价训练系统)调整换挡杆操纵力大小,记录被试者执行换挡操作时对操纵力大小的主观感受,对所测数据进行统计分析,得到被试者在前后推拉及左右推拉操作时的舒适力推荐值约为5-10N,研究结果对土方机械驾驶室工效学设计及评估具有一定的实际应用价值。
Manipulating forces and spatial layout of the main components of the cab are the main factors affecting the operation performance of earth-moving machinery drivers. The experimental installation was set up for testing the maneuvering force of the gear lever. Fifteen male drivers with engineering machinery driving experience were recruited and simulated the shifting operation on the experimental set-up. The shifting operation force was adjusted using Primus RS (simulation test evaluation training system). The subjective feelings of the manipulation were recorded when the subjects performed the shifting operation. According to the statistical analysis of the measured data,it was found that the recommended range of comfort forces of the subjects was about 5-10N during the push-pull in the front and rear direction,and in the left and right direction. The results have a practical application value for ergonomics design and evaluation of earthmoving machinery cab.
