摘要：as time goes on, the usual methods for teaching deaf students appeared many disadvantages. They can't study very well, however, as the development of the computer and the internet, web-based learning is very common and important in normal education. So,. in a few years later, Virtual Learning Community appeared, and the successful examples of using it in normal education have proved that it will be a good method to teach deaf students. In this letter the author will introduce the main functions and features of the Virtual Learning Community, and also design a special Virtual Learning Community for deaf students. What's more the letter will also introduce how it will help the deaf students to study then finally achieve Liberated Learning.
