摘要:为精确预测塔河油田螺杆钻具造斜能力,深入分析了螺杆本身结构对钻具组合造斜率的影响规律,研究运用几何造斜率计算方法,使用合理的计算模型对螺杆钻具理论造斜率进行了计算,并与统计的塔河油田某区块螺杆钻具实钻造斜率对比,得出了不同实钻地层所对应的螺杆钻具造斜率修正系数,用于修正理论造斜率计算模型,吻合程度较为理想。
The Influence factors to build-up rate using screw drill such as structure, WOB and borehole parameters in TAHE oilfield was studied, structure and formation factor was considered to be the key factors. A reasonable position of near-bit stabilizer was fixed. By the study of calculation method on geometry build-up rate, reasonable model was used to calculate and the result was contrasted with real build-up rate of a region. The modified coefficients specific to different formations of build-up rate was used to amend the model, so calculations precision was raised and inosculation was acceptable.
