摘要：树立“全课程、全员育人理念”,在专业实践教学活动中融入思政元素是新时代思想政治教育的必然要求。本文针对食品专业特点及《食品化学实验》的课程特点和学习要求,挖掘课程中的思政案例,并结合社会“热点”将思政元素融入专业实践教学,改革教学方法,促进学生学习食品化学实验的积极性和主动性,为提高食品专业学生的专业技能和道德素质提供保障措施。
It is necessary to establish the idea of“whole curriculum and all staff education”,and to integrate ideological and political education into professional practical teaching activities.According to the characteristics of Food specialty and the course characteristics and learning requirements of Food Chemistry experiment,the ideological and political education in the coursewas explored,the ideological and political educationwas integrated into the professional practice teaching,the teaching methodswere reformed,andstudents'enthusiasm and initiative in learning Food Chemistry experimentwere promoted,so as to provide safeguard measures for improving the professional skills and moral quality of Food specialty.
