摘要:实现某汽车公司冲压生产线冷却水循环系统的控制系统设计。以西门子S7-300PLC作为控制器,将控制系统分为主站和从站,应用PROFIBUS-DP网络进行通信。选择西门子Win CC作为HMI组态软件,应用工业以太网络与PLC主站通信,实现上位监控系统设计。该控制系统不仅实现远程自动运行,参数修改和报警等功能,还可以在设备故障时通过远程上位手动对需要的设备进行启停控制,或轻松进入就地手动控制,提高了生产效率,增加系统安全性能,方便故障诊断与维护。
This paper provides a design on control system of cooling water circulation for the press production line of an automotive corporation. The Siemens S7-300 PLC was selected as the system controller and the Win CC software was used to develop the monitoring system. The communication between the master station and the slave station was completed by PROFIBUS-DP. The monitoring system and the master station exchanged data by the network of Industrial Ethernet. This design can improve production efficiency,increase system security performance and make it easy to troubleshoot and maintain the control system.
