摘要:阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease,AD)是一种进行性发展的致死性神经退行性疾病,其发病机制非常复杂,目前临床上还未有能将其彻底治愈的特效药物。近年来的研究发现,原花青素(procyanidins,PC)具有广泛的生物活性,尤其是其所具有的抗氧化特性,对AD的防治显示出一定的积极作用。现结合目前最新AD治疗策略,对原花青素对AD的预防保护机制进行综述,以期为未来AD的防治提供新思路。
Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a kind of progressive and fatal neurodegenerative disease, with complicated pathogenesis. There are no drug treatments that can cure the disease at present. Recent studies have found that procyanidins (PC) has extensive biological activities, especially its antioxidant property on prevention and treatment of AD. In order to provide new ideas for the prevention and proper treatment of AD in the future the preventive mechanisms of procyanidins to AD were reviewed, as well as the latest AD treatment strategies.
