摘要：目的 探讨鼻宝灵治疗过敏性鼻炎(AR)治疗的效果。方法 选取2023年9—12月在我院变态反应科初次确诊为AR接受治疗的100例患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组使用鼻宝灵治疗器雾化吸入治疗,对照组使用布地奈德鼻喷剂治疗,2组患者均治疗1周。比较2组患者的临床疗效。结果 治疗前,2组患者鼻痒、鼻涕、鼻塞、打喷嚏4项临床症状评分及临床体征评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组患者4项临床症状评分及临床体征评分均低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗后鼻腔检查评分下降值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率为2.00%,低于对照组的16.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.433,P=0.035)。观察组和对照组患者的治疗总有效率分别为82.00%和90.00%,差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.329,P=0.249)。结论 鼻宝灵对于缓解过敏性鼻炎患者的不适和身体反应有显著的效果,且副作用较小。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Bibaoling in treating allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods A total of 100 patients newly diagnosed with AR in the Department of Allergy in our hospital from September to December 2023 were randomly assigned to an observation group and a control group,with 50 cases in each group.The observation group received aerosol inhalation treatment using the Bibaoling nebulizer,while the control group received budesonide nasal spray treatment.Both groups were treated for one week.Clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,no significant differences were noted between the two groups in the scores of nasal itching,rhinorrhea,nasal congestion,sneezing,and clinical signs(P>0.05).The scores of these symptoms and signs in both groups were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05).No significant difference was noted between the two groups in the reduction of nasal examination scores(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(2.00%vs.16.00%,χ2=4.433,P=0.035).The difference in the overall response rate between the observation group and the control group was not statistically significant(82.00%vs.90.00%,χ2=1.329,P=0.249).Conclusion Bibaoling has a marked effect in relieving discomfort and physical reactions in patients with allergic rhinitis,with fewer side effects.
