摘要:This study introduces a data-driven framework for assessing corporate health (CH). Drawing on system theory and life cycle theory, we develop a CH evaluation model, consisting of seven primary subsystems, with 34 secondary indicators. The operations management system (OMS), strategic management system (SMS), and financial management system (FMS) exert direct influences on CH. The synergy between OMS and SMS further strengthens CH, while resource tension between SMS and FMS-quantified via a negative interaction term-underscores the need for prudent strategic allocation. While the indirect effects of the life cycle system (LCS) and ecological adaptation system (EAS) warrant further investigation.
