摘要:目的:探讨工作要求和技能要求在人工智能技术应用与员工消极情绪之间的中介作用。方法:采用人工智能技术应用量表、工作要求量表、技能要求量表和消极情绪量表对北京市100家人工智能企业的500名员工进行调查。结果:①相关分析显示,人工智能技术应用与工作要求、技能要求显著正相关,消极情绪与工作要求、技能要求显著正相关。②回归分析表明,人工智能技术应用对员工消极情绪的直接效应显著,工作要求和技能要求在人工智能技术应用与员工消极情绪之间的中介作用均显著。结论:人工智能技术应用可以直接预测员工消极情绪,也可以分别通过工作要求、技能要求的中介作用间接预测员工消极情绪。
Objective:To explore the mediating role of job requirements and skill requirements between the application of artificial intelligence technology and employees’negative emotions.Methods:500 employees of 100 artificial intelli?gence enterprises in Beijing were investigated by using Artificial Intelligence Application Scale,Job Requirements Scale,Skill Requirements Scale and Negative Emotion Scale.Results:①Correlation analysis showed that the application of artifi?cial intelligence technology was positively correlated with job requirements and skill requirements,while negative emotions were also positively correlated with job requirements and skill requirements.②Regression analysis showed that the applica?tion of artificial intelligence technology had a significant direct effect on employees’negative emotions,and job require?ments and skill requirements had significant mediating effects between the application of artificial intelligence technology and employees’negative emotions.Conclusion:The application of artificial intelligence technology can directly predict employees’negative emotions,and can also indirectly predict employees’negative emotions through the mediation of job requirements and skill requirements.
