摘要：在当代大数据的背景下,人们对微信公众平台的要求越来越高,这对平台经营者来讲,唯有提高服务质量,才能站稳脚跟。论文从学习者心理上分析了提高服务质量的关键是把握学习者的个性心理特点,满足其需求,提供有针对性的信息。论文使用问卷调查法,以使用微信学习的群体为样本,通过数据的收集,样本的描述和分析,得出相关数据。
Under the background of large data, people's demand for the We Chat public platform is getting higher and higher. For platform operators, only by improving service quality can they gain a foothold. In this paper, the key to improve the quality of service is to grasp learners' personality and psychological characteristics, meet their needs and provide targeted information. This paper uses the questionnaire survey method, and takes We Chat learning group as the sample, and collect relevant data through data collection, sample description and analysis.
