摘要：作为海外投资商在华投资的一种重要的形式,外商投资股份有限公司在我国的国民经济发展中发挥着极为重要的作用。我们通过以下分析,可以看出外商投资股份公司是一种特殊形式的中外合资经营企业,在法律性质上具有股份有限公司的诸多特点,但同时,其在股东资格、股权比例和注册资本额等方面仍具有一定的特殊性。
As an important form of overseas investors to invest in China, the Companies Limited by Shares with Foreign Investment in the development of our national economy plays a very important role. Through the analysis we can see, the joint stock company with foreign investment is a special form of Chinese foreign equity joint ventures, many characteristics, with Limited by Share Ltd in legal nature but at the same time, it still has some particularity in the qualification of shareholder, equity ratio and the amount of registered capital, etc..
