摘要：食品微生物检测实验是食品质量与安全专业的核心课程,针对课程特点和教学过程中存在的问题,文章从教学内容、教学方式和考核方式三个方面对该课程进行了改革探索,阐述了具体的改革内容和实施方法,为今后更好地开展相关教学工作提供经验和依据。
Food Microbiological Testing Experiment is one of the main professional core courses of the food quality and safety specialty.According to the course features and problems found in the teaching process,exploration and practice in teaching contents,teaching method and evaluation methods were carried out.The concrete contents and methods of the reform are expounded in this article,which provides valuable references for the future teaching.
