摘要：目的:为进一步提高我国药剂人员的数量和质量提供参考。方法:从质与量两方面分析我国药剂人力资源的现状,采用灰色模型对我国2010年药剂人力资源总量进行预测。结果:从目前的学历、职称状况以及数量上来看,药剂人员均远低于执业医师,预计到2010年我国将有药剂人员近50万。结论:我国的药剂人员数量远远没有达到需求,而且质量亟需提高。药学院校应进一步明确相关人才的培养方案,加强药剂人员的继续教育,以保证我国药剂人员在质和量上能够满足需求。
OBJECTIVE： To provide references for optimize the quantity and quality of Chinese pharmaceutical personnel. METHODS： The status quo on both quality and quantity of Chinese pharmaceutical personnels＇ human resources were analyzed. Grey Model was used to forecast the total number of Chinese pharmaceutical personnel in 2010. RESULTS： The education, the professional title and the number of pharmaceutical personnel were quite lower compared to the medical doctors in China. The number of pharmaceutical personnel in 2010 was estimated at nearly 500 000. CONCLUSIONS： The number of pharmaceutical personnel in China is in great demand and their quality remains to be improved. Pharmaceutical schools should establish programs for talents＇ cultivation and continuing education of pharmaceutical personnel so as to satisfy the demand on both quality and quantity of pharmaceutical personnel.
