摘要：路径依赖和路径创造是影响技术落后国家(地区)实现技术赶超的关键因素。基于Verspagen模型,建立了一个新的技术后发国家(地区)技术赶超模型。指出:技术后发国家(地区)缩小技术差距和实现技术赶超的关键不仅是提高自身技术能力,而且包括打破路径依赖的锁定效应、实现路径创造。建议:技术后发国家(地区)一方面要培育自身的技术能力,另一方面要强化经济主体的创新意识和创新能力,尽快摆脱技术对路径依赖的负面影响、实现技术赶超。
Based on the viewpoint that path creation and path dependence are the key factors influencing the technology catching-up of latecomer countries（regions）,as well as the Verspagen mode,this paper constructs a new technology catching-up model for latecomer countries（regions）.And it points out that late comer countries（regions）could narrow technology gap and achieve technology catching-up through improving their own technological capacities and breading ＂the locking＂ of path dependence to achieve path creation.Therefore,latecomer countries（regions）should cultivate technology ability,and strengthen the innovation awareness and innovation ability of economic body,and break away the negative impact of path dependence and catch up the advanced one.
