摘要：党的十九届五中全会统筹发展和安全,作出坚定维护国家政权安全、制度安全、意识形态安全的重大论断。意识形态安全是国家安全的基础和前提,对国家安全发挥着统领作用。意识形态安全具有根本性、系统性、潜在性、泛在性、持久性,坚定维护意识形态安全必须始终坚持党对意识形态工作的全面领导;切实增强意识形态安全意识,提高维护意识形态安全的敏锐性和自觉性;健全完善马克思主义在意识形态领域指导地位的根本制度;坚决批判各种错误思潮,争得话语权斗争的胜利;牢牢占领各种传统和新型的意识形态阵地;切实提高意识形态工作能力和水平;建立意识形态预警机制,及时化解意识形态风险。全党必须立足意识形态安全,为国家安全打下坚实基础,以国家安全保证中华民族伟大复兴目标的顺利实现。
The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the CPC made overall plans for development and security,and made major thesis on firmly safeguarding the security of state power,institution,and ideology.Ideological security is the foundation and prerequisite of national security,and it plays a leading role in national security.Ideological security is fundamental,systemic,latent,ubiquitous,and persistent,so that to firmly maintain ideological security must always adhere to the Party s overall leadership of ideological work,effectively enhance the awareness of ideological security and improve the maintenance of ideological security,improve the sensitivity and consciousness of maintaining ideological security,improve the fundamental institution of Marxism s guiding position in the ideological field,resolutely criticize all kinds of wrong thoughts and win the struggle for the right to speak,firmly occupy various traditional and new ideological positions,effectively improve the ability and level of ideological work,establish an ideological early warning mechanism to resolve ideological risks in a timely manner.The whole Party must base itself on ideological security,lay a solid foundation for national security,and use national security to ensure the early realization of the goal of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
