摘要:目的探讨复方天麻制剂镇痛的中枢与外周神经作用机制。方法以福氏完全佐剂制作慢性疼痛动物模型,采用高效液相电化学检测法与高效液相荧光检测法检测复方天麻制剂对中枢及外周神经递质的影响。结果复方天麻制剂使全脑5-羟色胺(5-HT)、5-羟吲哚乙酸(5-HIAA)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)含量明显上升;使血清5-HTP,5-HIAA含量降低。结论复方天麻制剂通过升高脑组织神经递质含量和降低血清神经递质含量达到镇痛作用。
Objective To discuss the analgesic function mechanism of Tian Ma Preparation on central and peripheral nurotransmitters. Methods Based on FCA induced pain model, the effect of Tian Ma Preparation on central and peripheral nurotransmitters was detected by high - performance liquid chromatography with electrochemical detector and high - performance liquid chromatog- raphy with fluorescence detector. Results Tian Ma Preparation markedly increased 5 - HT, 5 - HIAA and NE content in brain, decreased 5 - HTP and 5 - HIAA content in serum. Conclusion Tian Ma Preparation had analgesic function by markedly increasing content of 5 - HT,5 - HIAA and NE in brain, decreasing content of 5 - HTP and 5 - HIAA in serum.
