摘要:It takes an articulated dump truck with six wheels as a study object, full vehicle dynamic model using ADAMS software, hydraulic model using AMESim software and digital filter using Simulink are built. The test analysis of vehicle ride comfort and handling stability is processed through ADAMS / AMESim /Simulink co-simulation, and the response surface models of ride comfort and handling stability performance parameters are built based on least square method. NSGA-II genetic algorithm is used to solve the multi-objective optimization of the response surface models. The optimization results show that the ride comfort and handling stability of the articulated dump truck can be improved by the optimization.
