摘要：采用空间分析法,分析北京市城六区所有银行网点布局在整个空间层面和街道层面上的集中程度差异,并剖析原因。结果表明:1)各城区的银行网点数量存在较大差异,朝阳区最多,石景山区最少;2)北城银行网点的集中程度高于南城,东部和西部呈现对称分布;3)银行网点布局具有向心性特点,中高等级集聚区主要集聚在四环内;4)在街道层面上,西部高等街道数量高于东部,北部高于南部,城市六个行政辖区内的街道等级分布是以甘家口、月坛、展览路几个街道为中心呈现由内向外的圈层递减模式;5)1990～2010年银行网点空间布局经历集聚———离散——集聚的过程,由"东北—西南"走向发展为正东正西。最后给出改善北京城区银行网点布局的建议。
Abstract： The concentration differences in the layout of bank branches with regards to residential blocks and to the city as a whole in all the six districts of Beijing are analyzed by means of special analysis and the reasons causing the differences are analyzed. The results indicate： 1） There is a wide variation in the quomitity of bank branches among the six districts with Chaoyang district having the most and Shijingshan district having the least. 2） The concentration of bank branches in the north is higher than that in the south, and the branches in the east and west are symmetrically distributed. 3） The nearer it is to highly populated areas the more concentrated the bank branches are and the medium and highly concentrated areas are within the fourth ring. 4） From the perspective of bank branch distribution in residential blocks, the concentration in the west is higher than in the east while it is higher in the north than in the south. In the six districts, the concentration decreases progressively from the central areas of Ganjiakou, Yuetan, Zhanlanlu respectively. 5） From 1990 to 2010, the development of distribution of banks went through the process of agglomeration, dispersion and agglomeration and the development is from a northeast-southwest pattern to an east-west pattern. In the end, suggestions on how to improve the distribution of bank branches in Beijing are put forward.
