摘要：如何建立科技信用评价体系是我国目前科研管理领域的研究热点。根据科研活动的特点,设计了科技人员信用评价指标体系,阐明了其指标涵义和评价标度。采用德尔菲法获取了指标权重,建立了科技人员的信用评价模型,设计并明确了7个评价等级的划分标准以及对应的物理意义。
It is the hot problem for scientific research management how to set up the appraisement model of science and technology credit. The author designs the system of appraisement index, clarifies the index meaning and appraisement graduation. At last, the author puts forward the Appraisement Model of Science and Technology Credit and explains the physical meaning of Appraisement grade.
