摘要：国家文化公园是在民族复兴、文化强国和旅游发展的复调背景下,由我国提出的新概念,是大型文化遗产保护的新模式和优秀文化展示的新方式。国家文化公园建设刚刚起步,理论探索尚处于初级阶段,由于没有成熟经验可供借鉴,因此在建设之初,讨论并理解国家文化公园的若干理论问题显得十分必要。文章对国家文化公园的逻辑根源、理论源流和多重意蕴进行分析和论证。通过概念解构得知,政治、文化、组织管理3股逻辑力量分别在塑造国家象征、促进全民族文化认同、建设多功能/公益性/大尺度线性空间方面促使国家文化公园概念最终确立。这一概念的理论源流主要有3条:欧洲文化线路、美国遗产廊道和我国线性文化遗产,其各自的理论贡献分别有所侧重,共同推动国家文化公园理论完善。国家文化公园的多重意蕴包括体现"共同体思想"的价值意蕴、体现"正义-平等-秩序"的伦理意蕴和体现"天下观"的空间意蕴,它们"三位一体"地诠释了国家文化公园的价值和内涵。此外,文章还讨论了国家文化公园的本质属性、其与国家公园的关系,并对其未来发展进行展望。
It is against the background of national rejuvenation that a plan to develop National Culture Parks has been issued in China to improve its cultural status and increase tourism.The new large-scale method of heritage protection will provide an exceptional exhibit of Chinese culture and,in the future,may redefine China’s contribution to the international heritage protection community.The establishment of National Culture Park has commenced;however,the theoretical research is still in the preliminary stages.There is no developed model for National Culture Park in China for reference,so it is necessary to understand the theoretical problems that could arise on implementation of the plan.This paper analyzes and demonstrates the logical roots,theoretical origins and multiple definitions of national culture parks.Politics,culture,and organization and management are three fields that will contribute to the final establishment of the national culture park system in China in terms of shaping national symbols,promoting the cultural identity of the whole nation,and constructing multi-functional,public welfare,large-scale linear space.The concept of the new system originates from three sources:the Cultural Route in Europe,the Heritage Corridor in America and Linear Cultural Heritage in China.These notions jointhy constitute the theoretical origins of National Cultural Park.The theory behind European Cultural Routes is to emphasize the significance of identity and cultural identity for political unity.The network of large-scale routes across different ethnic countries links regions,and the European Council is responsible and coordinated in the identification and management of routes.The American Heritage Corridor belongs to the national park system and attaches importance to the quality of the landscape and environmental protection.It also focuses on the social and cultural characteristics of heritage sites.It has a complete area evaluation system and is an important public welfare cause of the American government.Linear Cultural Heritage is a concept localized to China.The results of many years of research have directly influenced the ideology behind the National Culture Park system in China and contributed to the plan for its construction and development.The multiple connotations of the National Cultural Park include the implicit value of"community thought,"the ethical implication of"justiceequality-order,"and the spatial implication of"tianxia."The article also discusses the nature of the National Culture Park system,its relationship with existing national parks,and prospects for their future development.We hope that other scholars will pay more attention to National Culture Park and contribute their research findings to their successful development.
