摘要：文本采用文献综述法和实证分析法,通过设计四个方面11项具体的评价指标,运用区间值多属性决策方法对12家中小企业创业基地进行综合评价,解决了定性指标赋值的不确定性困难;运用离差最大化的原理,根据评价对象样本值的实际情况对指标权重进行动态调整,使该方法具有更好的适用性。
This article is focus on the selection and evaluation the projects of financial support for the undertaking baseof small and medium enterprise, which used literature review and empirical analysis to evaluate the case study. Through 4facts and 11 evaluating indexes in detail could evaluate 12 undertaking bases of small and medium enterprise, which plusinterval values and multiple decision making methods. Using interval values method not 0nly solve the problem of qualitativeindex contain unspecific values, but also use the principle of maximizing deviation. These two methods could be put into usedynamic adjustment to the index weight which based on the value of samples. It creates the better applicability. This articleanalyses a case study to apply and illustrate these two methods＂ feasibility and advantages.
