摘要：当今酒店业的发展速度迅猛,大量需要基层管理人才,而众多高职院校开设了酒店管理专业,但毕业后酒店就职率较低。如何为酒店培养出色的有基层管理潜力的人才是一个相当严峻的问题。本文对高职酒店管理专业培养方案进行了大胆创新探索,并提出了一线+二线+综合的培养模式。
Currently, the hotel industry is deve!oping rapidly, needing a large number of grassroots management talents, so many higher vocational colleges offer hotel management major, but the employment rate of hotel management graduates is low. How to cultivate excellent talents with grassroots management potential for hotels is a quite serious problem. This paper ex- plores the cultivation plan of higher vocational hotel manage- ment major, and puts forward an integrated cultivation model.
