摘要:测定液态发酵羊肚菌胞外多糖含量时,由于受到培养基中夹带的糖类物质(如淀粉、蔗糖)等物质的干扰,其有效羊肚菌胞外多糖的含量测定可能会受到较大影响。分别以苯酚-硫酸法和改进的ROBERTS铜方法进行羊肚菌胞外多糖测定。实验表明,用ROBERTS铜法所测多糖含量仅占苯酚硫酸法所测多糖含量的17.3%,证明用ROBERTS铜法测定羊肚菌胞外多糖更准确一些。
During the measurement of polysaccharide of toadstool derived from liquid fermentation, the content of the extracellular polysaccharide of toadstool may be interfered by the carbohydrate (such as starch, sucrose) brought from culture medium. In this article, the extracellular polysaccharide is mensurated by two methods: the method of phenol-vitriol and the improved ROBERTS method. It shows that the resulting polysaccharide content by the later method is about 17.3% of that by the former method. It proves that ROBERTS Determination on extracellular Polysaccharide of toadstool is more accurate.
