摘要:家具产品的结构设计合理与否直接影响着用户的购买意愿及使用效果。运用人机工效学理论,针对家具产品结构设计人性化问题,通过VICON运动捕捉系统记录典型操作任务的实验数据,并用JACK工效分析软件进行相应的任务动作分析,结合实验中对任务动作的主观评价,给出家具产品结构设计的工效推荐值。此方法能用来研究和测评家具及家电产品的舒适及极限结构尺寸。
Structural design of furniture products directly affects users" willingness to buy and use effects. The user-friendly structural design of furniture products is studied with the theory of ergonomics. VICON motion capture system is applied to record the typical operating tasks experimental data, and JACK ergonomics analysis software is applied to analyze the corresponding pick and place motion. Combined with the subjective evaluation, the recommended ergonomics value of the highest shelf height of home bookshelf is obtained. This method can be used to study and assess the comfort and ultimate pick-and-place height of daily furniture and home appliances.
