摘要:实践教学尤其是综合性实践教学环节是培养和提高学生综合能力的重要组成部分,是衡量学校办学水平的重要标志之一,也是高校教学改革和教学质量评估中不可缺少的重要部分。针对当前我国对食品质量与安全专业的人才要求,结合北京联合大学应用文理学院食品质量与安全专业的教学实际,讨论和分析了该专业实践教学中普遍存在的一些问题,如对实践教学认识不足,开展实践教学的积极性不高;投入经费不足从而影响实践教学的质量;实践教学体系有待完善,实践教学改革有待深化等,并结合专业实际,对模块化的食品检测实践教学改革作了初步的探讨。
Practice Teaching is an important part in the curriculums of the university and is a benchmark in assessing the management and teaching quality in higher education. According to the requirement of the talent cultivation of the food quality and security speciality and the practice teaching reality of College of Arts and Sciences of Beijng Union University, some common problems in practice practice teaching teaching were discussed in this paper, including the importance of and enthusiasm, the deficiency of practice teaching funds and the reformation of practice teaching Combined with specialty practical, the practice teaching of modularization food inspecting technology for culturing high- quality talents in applied technology was discussed.
