摘要：旅游院校教师工作满意度影响因素研究是人力资源管理中的重要内容。本文建立了影响旅游教师工作满意度的多元回归模型,以北京联合大学旅游学院为例,论证了旅游院校教师工作满意度的影响因素,并提出了对策建议。
Study on the influening factors regarding satifactary degree of teachers＇ work in tourism colleges is an important content in the management of human resources. The paper, taking Institute of Tourism, Beijing Union University as an example, establishes multiple-regression model and proves the influencing factors about satisfactory degree of teachers＇ work in tourism colleges. Some suggestions for countermeasures are put forward.
