摘要：With the rapid development of network and e-commerce, the value of business information online has already attracted attention of small and medium-sized enterprises, because it is the basis of effective use of information and is the basis of decision making for managers to scientifically evaluate the value of business information online. This paper provides an evaluation index system of the value of business information online from the aspects of information, user and communication effect based on the current literature and marketing framework, and uses analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each level index, and establishes the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the value of business information online. Finally the case study shows that it is reasonable and credible to evaluate the value of business information online with analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.
