摘要：国家非常重视大运河文化带的文旅融合发展。为促进文旅产业高质量发展,应提高文旅产业融合效率。本文利用超效率SBM模型、收敛模型和面板数据模型,测度了大运河文化带沿线省市的文旅产业融合效率,分析了集中发展趋势与主要影响因素,结果表明:文旅产业融合整体效率不高,旅游业对文化产业的促进效率大于文化产业对旅游业的促进效率;大运河文化带沿线地区文旅产业融合效率的差异逐步缩小,呈现出集聚发展态势;居民收入水平对文旅产业融合效率的影响最显著,交通条件、信息化水平与城镇化水平具有正向推动作用,政府公共服务水平则产生抑制效应。根据研究结果,本研究提出提升文旅产业融合效率的建议。
The country attaches great importance to the integrated development of culture and tourism in the Grand Canal Cultural Belt.It is necessary to examine the efficiency of cultural and tourism industry integration in order to promote high-quality development of tourism industry.Using the super efficient SBM model,convergence model,and panel data model,the integration efficiency of cultural and tourism industries in provinces and cities along the Grand Canal Cultural Belt was measured,and the concentrated development trend and main influencing factors were analyzed.The results show that the overall efficiency of the integration of cultural and tourism industries is not high,with the promotion efficiency of the tourism industry on the cultural industry being greater than that of the cultural industry on the tourism industry;the differences in the efficiency of cultural and tourism industry integration along the route are gradually narrowing,showing a trend of agglomeration development;resident income level exerts the most significant impact on the integration efficiency of the culture and tourism industry,positively driving improvements in transportation,informatization,and urbanization,while exerting an inhibitory effect on government public service.Based on the research results,this paper proposes suggestions to improve the efficiency of cultural and tourism industry integration.
