摘要：笔者以畜产品加工业发达的美国为例,在总结其畜产品生产、消费、贸易以及加工业发展特征的基础上,从支持政策与规制政策两个方面,探讨了其与畜产品加工业结构演化的关系,分析了美国畜产品加工业政策选择的动因、效果与趋向,并得出完善中国畜产品加工业相关支持政策的启示。
Taking the United States with developed livestock processing industry as an example,the paper sums up its livestock production,consumption,trade and industry characteristics. Based on this,from two aspects of supporting policy and regulation policy,the author discusses the relationship between the structural evolution of livestock product processing industry and policies,analyzes the motivation,effect and tendency of policy choice for livestock processing industry in U.S.,and put forward some implications on improving the supporting policy of livestock processing industry for China.
