摘要:为研究汽车驾驶室手动操控器布局的合理性,基于驾驶室座椅参数,搭建了驾驶姿态手臂可及范围测试场景。分别测量了70名司机在肩带和髋带约束下自然伸臂、用力伸臂及屈臂时右手食指可及范围和髋带约束下右手食指的最大可及范围,得到典型百分位下驾驶员右手操作时自然、舒适、极限及最大极限可及范围曲线和包络面。以驾驶室中控面板按钮操作为例,进一步验证了结果的合理性,对驾驶室手动部件的布局设计改善及评估有一定的应用价值。
In order to research rationality of manual manipulator position layout in the cab,an experimental test scene of driver’s arm accessible range in the driving posture was built based on seat parameters of cab.Right index fingers max accessible ranges of 70 male drivers were measured when the arm was naturally extended,forcefully extended and little bent under the restraint of shoulder hip band.The typical percentile right arm accessible curve and envelope surface under vehicle driving attitude were obtained,including natural,comfortable,limit and maximum limit accessible ranges.The feasibility of results was verified with an example of button operation of control panel in the cab.The research results had a certain practical application value for location layout design and improvement evaluation of cab manual components.
