摘要:运用区位熵指数和超效率SBM模型测度了我国31个省、市、自治区的工业产业集聚和工业用水效率,运用动态空间面板模型揭示了工业产业聚集对工业用水效率的影响机制。结果显示:我国工业用水效率总体上呈先波动上升后下降的趋势,省际工业用水效率具有显著的空间溢出效应和时间滞后效应;在国家层面上,产业集聚对工业用水效率具有显著的正向影响,二者之间呈倒U型关系;在区域层面上,产业集聚对工业用水效率的影响具有显著的差异性,东部、西部、东北地区产业集聚对工业用水效率的影响存在阈值效应;东北地区产业集聚和工业用水效率之间呈U型关系,其产业集聚对工业用水效率的影响程度大于其他三个区域。基于上述结论提出了差异化的区域工业用水效率提升对策。
Based on the Location Entropy Index and Super Efficiency SBM Model,this essay calculates Chinese 31 provinces( cities) industrial water use efficiency from year 2004 to 2015,and uses dynamic spatial panel model revealing the influence mechanism of industrial agglomeration on industrial water use efficiency. The results showed that: Firstly,the overall industrial water efficiency firstly increases and then decreases,and the provincial water efficiency has significant spatial spillover effect and time lag effect; Secondly,on the national level,industrial agglomeration has significant positive influences on the efficiency of industrial water,and they have inverted U relation;Thirdly,on the regional level,the industrial agglomeration has significant influence on industrial water efficiency,and the influence of industrial agglomeration on industrial water use efficiency in the East,West,northeast area turns out the threshold effect;In the end,the east industrial agglomeration and industrial water use efficiency have presented "U"relation,and the influences on industrial water use efficiency is greater than the other three regions. Based on the above conclusion,some suggestions are put forward to improve the efficiency of industrial water use in different areas.
