摘要：在对残疾大学生授课教师的执教能力进行现状调研的基础上,分析其存在的问题:特殊教育教学理论知识和技能亟待加强,执教系统环节设计亟须改进等方面,针对问题提出相应的对策及建议:组织交流与合作,加强特殊技能培训,开展教研活动和教学反思,以赛促能和促进中青年教师自身的专业发展。
Based on the investigation of the current situation of the teaching ability of the disability college students,this paper analyzes the existing problems:the special education and teaching theory knowledge and skills need to be strengthened,the teaching system should be improved and so on,and the corresponding countermeasures and countermeasures should be put forward. Suggestions:organize exchanges and cooperation,strengthen special skills training,carry out teaching and research activities and teaching reflection,to promote and young teachers in their own professional development.
